Refund & Return Policy – The Vault Collective Co
We want you to love your order! If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

All original tags must be attached

Return requests must be emailed within 7 days of delivery

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving Return Authorization
Email us at thevaultcollectivecompany@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit total. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Return
